By accessing or using shohozcalculator.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of the service

ShohozCalculator provides free, browser-based financial calculators covering topics such as loans, mortgages, investments, retirement, and business planning. Calculators are added gradually; a calculator that has not yet been built will say so on its page rather than presenting an incomplete tool as finished.

Permitted use

You may use the Site and its calculators for personal, educational, or internal business informational purposes. You may not use automated means to scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content or calculator data at scale without our prior written permission.

Calculator results and estimates

Every result a calculator produces is an estimate generated from the specific inputs you provide, combined with a formula, assumptions, and — where relevant — rates, tax rules, or other figures we've built into that calculator. Change any input, rate, or assumption, and the result changes. Results are not, and should not be treated as, a guaranteed financial outcome, a quote, an offer, or a substitute for figures from a bank, tax authority, or licensed professional.

Accuracy and limitations

We aim for each calculator's formula to be correct and current at the time it is built, and calculators are tested before publication. However, financial rules — tax brackets, mortgage regulations, government programs, and market rates in particular — change over time and vary by country. We do not guarantee that every calculator reflects the most current rules at all times. Where we are aware that a calculator's underlying rules may be out of date, we label it as under review rather than removing it, so you can still see it and use your own judgment. Where a calculator is built around one country's rules, we label which country.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, and no advisor-client or similar relationship is created by using the Site. The calculators are informational tools, not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney who knows your full circumstances.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the inputs you choose to enter and for how you interpret and act on any result. Before making a decision with real financial consequences, verify the relevant numbers independently — with a qualified professional, your bank, or the appropriate government authority.

Reliance on results

Any reliance you place on a calculator's output is at your own risk. We are not responsible for financial, legal, or other consequences arising from decisions made using information from this Site.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, original written content, and underlying code are owned by ShohozCalculator or used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The calculator dataset (calculator names, categories, and metadata) is used to organize the Site's own directory and is not licensed for republication elsewhere.
